Free Telephone Consultation and Affordable Fees.
Before beginning the divorce process, it is always important to talk with a mediator/attorney so you have a good understanding of the issues involved, and whether or not your goals and expectations are realistic.
It is my office policy that each potential client has a free initial telephone consultation. I do not believe in retaining you as a client unless I feel you have a legal ground to stand on. I will ask a lot of questions in attempt to understand the complete situation at hand. Although your case may seem quit simple, the initial phone consultation may clarify specific points that you have not previously thought of or addressed.
Once the initial consultation has concluded, it is my job to make sure you have a clear understanding of the path that lies ahead. You will find us very easy to work with and we have a very caring personality.
The strength of my practice is that it is a very personal practice. I
work alone, am always available for my clients--days, nights and weekends,
will always immediately get back to them, will give them personal attention,
and they will work only with me, except for divorce mediation, and you will not
have to deal with other associates, paralegals or staff.
